Shipping

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within major cities and 5–7 business days for other areas. You will receive a dispatch notification with an estimated arrival date once your order ships.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above the minimum threshold shown at checkout. Orders below that amount incur a flat shipping fee, calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can also check your order status via our Order Lookup tool.
Currently we deliver within Pakistan only. We are working on expanding to international destinations — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when overseas shipping becomes available.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Sale items and certain product categories (noted on the product page) are final sale.
Contact our support team via the Contact page or by email with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add an additional 2–3 days.
The following are non-returnable: perishable goods, personalised or custom-made items, opened cosmetics and hygiene products, and any item explicitly marked as non-returnable on its product page.

Orders

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that window our fulfilment team begins processing. Contact us immediately if you need a change — we will do our best, but cannot guarantee amendments once packing has started.
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Use the Order Lookup tool on our website — enter your order number and email address to see real-time status updates. Registered customers can also view all past orders under My Account > Orders.
Please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, contact us with your full name, email address, and approximate order date and we will locate your order and resend the confirmation.

Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa, and credit/debit cards via Stripe. Available payment methods are shown at checkout depending on your location and order value.
Yes. All payment data is transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections. We do not store your full card number on our servers — card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider.
Common causes include incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or a bank security block on online transactions. Please verify your details and try again, or contact your bank. You can also try an alternative payment method.
Instalment plans are not currently available. We are exploring buy-now-pay-later options and will announce when they become available. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.

Products

In-stock items display an "Add to Cart" button on the product page. Out-of-stock items will show an unavailability notice. Stock levels update in real time as orders are placed.
We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. If you have a specific query about a product's appearance, contact us before purchasing.
Yes! Contact us with the product details and we will check availability and pricing for you. We often source products on request for repeat customers.

Account

No, you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, registering gives you access to order history, saved addresses, and faster future checkouts.
Click "Sign in" on the navigation menu, then select "Forgot password". Enter the email address associated with your account and we will send you a password reset link.
Sign in to your account and navigate to My Account > Orders. You will see a full history of all orders with status, items, and tracking information. Alternatively, use the Order Lookup tool — no account required.
