Everything you need to know about how we deliver your order and what happens if something is not right.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a dispatch notification once your item has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders that meet the minimum order value displayed at checkout. The qualifying amount is shown in your cart and updated in real time as you add or remove items. No coupon code is needed — the discount is applied automatically.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the courier tracking page. You can also check your order status at any time using our Order Lookup tool — no account required.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not listed as a non-returnable item (see below)

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within one business day with return instructions and a return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return is rejected (e.g. item shows signs of use or is missing packaging), we will contact you to discuss next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants)
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Opened cosmetics, skincare, or hygiene products
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items explicitly marked as final sale or non-returnable on their product page
